IGNOU & UNESCO to organize South-Asia Science Olympiad 2010
All you students studying in class XI get ready for an exciting opportunity to win loads of prizes and goodies from IGNOU & UNESCO. The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in collaboration with the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is organizing a Science Olympiad 2010 for students studying in Class XI (or equivalent) in South Asian countries. Now all you students studying in class XI get ready for a stiff competition on August 22, 2010 in the Science Olympiad 2010 that will see students participating from neighbouring countries such as Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
The Science Olympiad 2010 will ask questions from the topics covered in classes IX & X for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The first round of the Olympiad will be an objective type test that will assess your understanding in all these subjects after which students will be shortlisted for the second round of examinations to be held on November 13, 2010. The last date for online registrations for the Olympiad is July 25, 2010.
